Today, Rolls-Royce and easyJet announced that they had successfully completed the first ground test of a modern aero engine powered by hydrogen, marking a new aviation milestone. According to the firms, the ground test was carried out on a concept demonstrator that used green hydrogen produced by tidal and wind energy.
