Electrify America, LLC – the largest public charging network for electric vehicles, will see support and collaboration from the Volkswagen Group and Siemens. Siemens, with a triple-digit million USD investment through its financing arm Siemens Financial Services (SFS), will become a minority shareholder in Electrifying America.
The partnership will see:
- An investment of $450 million from both companies
- Installation of 1,800 Electrify America locations and 10,000 fast chargers by 2026
